Both let you log hours per property, attach evidence, track your spouse’s and team’s hours, and follow the STR loophole. They differ most in price, in how fast you can capture an entry, and in what you hand your CPA.

Where REPSLog stands out
Half the price. REPSLog Premium, with every feature, is $199.99 a year. REPStracker is $304.99 a year in the app or $278 on its website. REPSLog Starter is $149.99.
Faster capture. Say what you did and REPSLog’s live speech-to-text writes the entry as you talk. Type one sentence and AI autofill fills in the property, duration, category and date. A timer keeps running on your iPhone lock screen. REPStracker has manual entry and a timer.
Calendars and bookings do the remembering. REPSLog turns Google and Microsoft 365 calendar events into entries and syncs guest stays from Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, Hospitable and 20 more booking sites, so turnovers show up as suggestions. REPStracker has no calendar or booking sync listed.
A report your CPA can use. REPSLog exports a formatted, CPA-ready PDF report by property and category, plus CSV. REPStracker offers a spreadsheet download.
Everyone gets their own login. Your spouse, property manager or CPA can sign in with their own account, full access or read-only. In REPStracker, team hours go into one shared account.

Worth knowing before you decide
REPStracker’s Google Play listing shows 2.5 stars from 8 reviews and a “Contains ads” label. Recent reviews on both stores mention slow loading and an update in late 2024 that changed filtering and export. Read the latest reviews yourself before you commit a year of records to any app, including ours.

Switching from REPStracker to REPSLog
In REPStracker, open your saved time logs and export your data to a spreadsheet.
Sign in to REPSLog at app.reps-log.com on a computer and open Settings > Import Past Data.
Upload the file. REPSLog maps the columns it recognises and asks about the rest.
Match or create your properties, categories and team members, then click Import with Mappings.
Your hours arrive as normal entries with their original dates. The 14-day trial covers the import, so you can check everything before you pay.
