Where REPSLog stands out
Microsoft 365 and Outlook. REPSLog reads Google and Microsoft 365 calendars and turns events into entries. HourProof lists Google Calendar and the iPhone calendar only.
Sharing with the right permissions. Your spouse, assistant, property manager or CPA each get their own login, full access or read-only, with no cap on how many. A CPA who should look but not touch gets read-only.
Your past hours. REPSLog imports a CSV or Excel file on the web app, maps the columns and creates the properties and categories it finds. If you started the year in a spreadsheet, it comes with you.
Finding things later. Smart Search finds entries by meaning (“plumber at the lake house in March”) and by what is written inside your receipts. Custom categories let you file work the way your CPA wants it.
Booking sites with instructions. REPSLog lists 24 booking sites and property managers by name, each with its own setup guide, plus any iCal link.

Switching from HourProof to REPSLog
In HourProof, export your log as CSV.
Sign in to REPSLog at app.reps-log.com on a computer and open Settings > Import Past Data.
Upload the file. REPSLog maps the columns it recognises and asks about the rest.
Match or create your properties, categories and participants, then click Import with Mappings.
Reconnect your booking calendars in REPSLog with the same iCal links.
Your hours arrive as normal entries with their original dates. The 14-day trial covers the import, so you can check everything before you pay.

Yes, if you need Microsoft 365 calendar sync, read-only access for your CPA, spreadsheet import or search.
Do both apps sync with Airbnb and Vrbo?

Does HourProof work with Outlook?
